Overview
The Testec TT-SX 9002 Active Differential Probe enables precise floating signal measurements up to ±1400V differential or common mode voltage, making it ideal for power electronics, motor control, and hybrid/electric vehicle applications. Part of the TT-SX 9000 series, this probe features user-selectable attenuation (x20/x200), 30MHz bandwidth, and compatibility with any oscilloscope equipped with a 1MΩ BNC input.
With CAT III 1000V safety certification (IEC/EN 61010-031:2015), the TT-SX 9002 ensures safe operation in high-voltage environments. Its 5MΩ input impedance minimises circuit loading, while a common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of -72dB at 50Hz ensures accurate noise-free readings. The probe includes a USB-C power option, 4x AA battery compatibility, and insulated BNC connectors for secure connections.
Engineers will appreciate its robust design, including overload protection LEDs and sheathed banana plug inputs. For lower voltage requirements, consider the TT-SX 9001 (x10/x100 attenuation) or the TT-SI 9002 (25MHz bandwidth) from Testec’s SI series.
Each Testec TT-SX Model offers user selectable attenuation setting of 10x & 100x (TT-SX 9001) and 20x & 200x (TT-SX 9002), making both probes highly versatile and usable for a broad range of applications including power supply measurements and motor controls.
Both probes are compatible with any oscilloscope with a 1 MΩ BNC female input and feature up to 30 MHz of bandwidth. The probes can be powered by any oscilloscope USB port, internal batteries (4 AA batteries, not included in the scope of delivery), or mains power adapter.
