• What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

  You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover and UnionPay), PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

  If you need paperwork before paying, choose Proforma Invoice or Send me a Quotation at checkout.
• Can I Order with a Purchase Order?

  Yes. Email your purchase order to sales@thedebugstore.com.

  UK delivery on purchase order orders is a fixed £18, with insurance added for high-value items.
• Do You Offer Quantity Discounts?

  Yes, we can offer discounts on larger quantities. Email sales@thedebugstore.com with the part numbers and quantities and we'll quote.
• Can I Get a Formal Quotation?

  Yes. Choose Send me a Quotation at checkout, or email sales@thedebugstore.com or call 01490 430526 with the products and quantities, and we'll send you a written quotation.
• How Much Is UK Delivery?

  UK Standard delivery is free on orders of £75 or more (excluding VAT), and £9 plus VAT below that. UK Express next-day delivery is £18 plus VAT.

  Standard delivery is tracked but not insured, so we recommend Express for urgent or high-value items. Express is insured and tracked, and goes by UPS. See Shipping Information for the full details.
• What Time Do I Need to Order for Next-Day Delivery?

  Place your order and complete payment by 14:00 UK time, Monday to Friday, for next working day delivery in the UK by Express.

  For Express delivery to mainland Europe and the rest of the world, order before 12:00. If you've missed the cut-off, call us on 01490 430526 and we'll check whether we can still dispatch the same day.
• Do You Ship Outside the UK?

  Yes, we ship worldwide by UPS Express, UPS Worldwide Saver and UPS Standard. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the rates.

  Import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country are paid by the recipient on delivery. A few products can only be shipped to a UK or Ireland address: all Omicron Lab products, the Total Phase Promira, the Total Phase Advanced Cable Tester and the Total Phase Beagle USB 5000 Ultimate.
• Will My Order Need an Export Licence?

  Some of our products are dual-use goods, so orders shipped outside the UK and EU may need a UK export licence. We apply for it and tell you if it's needed.

  For orders under £2,000 there is a £250 fee to process the application, which isn't refunded if the licence is refused. We can't export to some countries under UK sanctions, including Belarus, Iran and Russia.
• Do Your Prices Include VAT?

  No. Prices on the website exclude UK VAT, because we sell mainly to businesses. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.

  Our VAT number is GB 753 1482 36.
• Can I Return an Item?

  Orders placed by a business can't be returned for a refund. Private customers in the UK have the return rights set out in our refund policy.

  If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us straight away on sales@thedebugstore.com.
• What Warranty Do Your Products Have?

  The warranty period depends on the brand and product, and on some products we extend the manufacturer's warranty ourselves. Ask us for the warranty on a specific product.

  If you have a fault, email sales@thedebugstore.com with your order number.
• Can You Help Me Choose the Right Tool?

  Yes. Tell us what you're developing or testing, the interfaces and voltages involved, and your budget, and we'll recommend a tool.
