The Debug Store offers both free Standard shipping for non-urgent items (orders over £50) and Express shipping for next-day delivery to the UK. We have introduced these options in response to customer requests for more economical shipping options and have decided to absorb the cost of shipping via the most economical route.
This is a free service for all customers in the UK with an order value £50 or more (excluding VAT). A small charge of £5.95 plus VAT for UK is added for orders less than £50 in value. Standard shipping uses the postal service so bear this in mind if you are located outside the UK. Delivery times will vary from 3 to 7 working days in the UK and from 5 to 10 days in EU countries depending upon location and may take a lot longer for other destinations worldwide.
Please note that Standard Shipping does NOT include insurance but does include tracking. The Debug Store cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. If insurance is purchased then we will do our best to liaise with the carrier and the transit insurance organisation to recover the goods or obtain compensation for you. This may be requested when placing your order and is charged at cost. Standard Shipping is only available for online orders.
We do NOT recommend Standard Delivery for urgent or valuable items.
Items in stock may be delivered the next working day to all UK customers and from 1 to 3 days outside the UK, including EU destinations. Premium timed and Saturday deliveries are also available to many destinations and these may be selected when completing your order. Express shipping includes insurance and tracking which adds peace of mind in the unlikely event that the shipment gets lost in transit. We use UPS, or Royal Mail Special Delivery services for Express Delivery. Please ensure that your order is placed and payment confirmed before 15:00 for us to deliver the next working day in the UK. Orders must be placed before 10am for Express delivery in mainland Europe and the rest of the world. We may be able to process your order later than this - please call us first to check.
Due to the dual-use nature of some products sold, it may be necessary to obtain an export licence for your order, if placed outside the UK or EU. We will apply for this from the UK government. We will notify you if this is needed. If required, then a fee of £250 will be payable to process the export licence application for all orders under £2,000. Please note that the fee is not refundable if an export licence is not granted. We are not permitted to export to some countries on the UK and US sanctions list. Currently, this includes Belarus, Iran and Russia.
Note: If you are placing an urgent order, please double-check the availability of the item you need to ensure it is in stock.
