Overview
This is FTDI's C232HD Hi-Speed USB-to-serial converter cable fitted with a 6-pin TC2030 Tag-Connector. On these DTR versions, pin 2 of the TC2030 carries DTR (grey wire) instead of CTS (brown wire), which is useful where a serial bootloader is controlled with DTR.
The cable plugs straight onto the TC2030 footprint on your board, so no mating connector is fitted to the PCB, saving cost and space. The C232HD is based on the FT232H and runs at 12 Mbps on the UART with 3.3 V signal levels. The cable is nominally 1.8 m (5.9 ft) long.
Choose the C232HD-DDHSP-0 for a 3.3 V VCC supply (250 mA) or the C232HD-EDHSP-0 for 5 V VCC (450 mA), in legged or no-legs form. For CTS on pin 2, see the TC2030-FTDI-C232HD-DDHSP-0 and EDHSP-0 cables.

What Is Different From the Standard C232HD Cable?
Pin 2 of the TC2030 is connected to DTR (grey wire) instead of CTS (brown wire). All other connections are the same.
