The ccRF 2 Click Board™ from MikroE is a simple and compact solution to add a high-performance RF transceiver to your design. This add-on board features an onboard CC1120 high-performance single-chip radio transceiver that is specifically designed for low-power and low-voltage operation.
The RF transceiver is chiefly designed to support narrow ISM (Industrial, Scientific, and Medical) and SRD (Short Range Device) frequency bands. This fully integrated CC1120 radio transceiver is designed to provide extensive hardware support for a range of applications, including data buffering, burst transmissions, link quality indication, wake-on-radio, clear channel assessment, and packet handling. The board has an N.FL connector and uses a 3.3V power supply only. Furthermore, the ccRF2 Click Board™ has exceptional RF sensitivity. It communicates with the target board through MikroBUS SPI (MISO, MOSI, CSK), and AN, RST, CS, PWM and INT lines.
