The Macraigor Systems usb2Wiggler U2W-ONCE USB to OnCE interface is an affordable tool, designed for debugging embedded FreeScale DSP 56K CPUs and programming on-board Flash memory.
Many types of BDM and JTAG interface are supported by the usb2Wiggler and different versions are available to support each type. Please note that the different versions are not convertable.
This version supports the OnCE interface used with boards fitted with a standard 2 x 7 pin header.

Faster than the classic parallel port Wiggler, the usb2Wiggler is a stable, easy to use device and is fully compatible with all Macraigor Systems software. In addition, it is a true USB 2.0 high-speed device.
The usb2Wiggler is a mid-cost interface used in the design, debug, and programming of microprocessor based embedded systems. One side of the usb2Wiggler interfaces to the USB port of a host IBM compatible PC and the other side connects to an OCD (On-Chip Debug) port of the target system. This port may be JTAG, E-JTAG, OnCE, COP, BDM or any of several other types of connections. When connected to a USB 2.0 port on your PC, the usb2Wiggler will operate up to Hi-Speed USB rates (480Mb/s).
The Original Wiggler
The usb2Wiggler has replaced the original Wiggler, designed and manufactured by Macraigor Systems. The Wiggler has been a well known and well used BDM/JTAG interface for many years but its use is now limited to older PCs with parallel printer ports.
The usb2Wiggler offers similar performance and low cost of the Wiggler but has enhanced capabilities including the ability to be licenced to use the Macraigor Systems OCD software. This means the usb2Wiggler it can be used on any PC.
Flash Programming Software
It has the ability to be licenced to use the Macraigor Systems OCDemon Flash programming software. This allows the usb2Wiggler to program on-board Flash EPROM from any PC with the Macraigor Flash Programming software installed.
