Product Description
Total Phase has bundled together a complete set of development tools and accessories that allow developers to erase, program, and verify serial EEPROMs.
Thanks to Total Phases free Flash CenterSoftware developers can quickly and easily program devices either stand-alone or in-system.
With this kit, developers can:.
- Program I2C EEPROMs and SPI EEPROMs (DIP-8, SOIC-8, and TSSOP-8).
- Program devices in-system or stand-alone.
- Gang-program multiple devices in parallel.
Aardvark™ I2C/SPI Host Adapter
The Aardvark™ I2C/SPI Host Adapter is a powerful, high-speed device that works as an I2C bus and SPI bus host adapter with the help of a USB interface. It gives the developer the freedom to interface any computer, running on Windows, MAC OS, or Linux, to a downstream embedded system and transfer serial messages with the help of I2C and SPI protocols.
10-Pin Split Cables
The 10-Pin Split Cable is a useful tool that allows you to use the 10-pin ribbon cable without any adapter boards. This universal cable is compatible with a lot of applications and comes with a 10-pin box header that connects to the ribbon cable. This cable uses a standard 2 x 5 0.1" (2.54mm) pitch IDC type keyed box connector at one end and all the individual leads are terminated with a single pin crimp connector with the same 0.1" (2.54mm) pitch at the other end. To ease identifications, all the leads are have different colours and are labelled with the pin name.
EEPROM Socket Board
The EEPROM Socket Board provides developers a cost-effective and easy way to program I2C- and SPI-based memory devices. Embedded system engineers have the freedom of using the Aardvark™I2C/SPI Host Adapter and the Flash CenterSoftware to program Serial EEPROMs and Serial Flash memory chips.
The Flash CenterSoftware is available at Total Phases website to download on your computer. This software works in sync with all the hardware equipment provided in this programming set and helps developers achieve faster and more efficient results.
