Overview

The TESTEC TT-HF-612 is a 500MHz passive oscilloscope probe designed for engineers requiring accurate high-frequency signal measurements. With a 10:1 attenuation ratio and 10 MΩ / 10 pF input impedance, it minimises circuit loading while maintaining signal integrity, making it ideal for RF, digital systems, and power electronics applications.

Part of the TT-HF series, this probe features a rise time of <0.7 ns for capturing fast transients, alongside a 1.3m shielded cable for flexible positioning. Its CAT II 400Vrms and CAT I 500Vrms ratings ensure safe operation in Measurement Category II environments, such as socket outlets, while complying with IEC/EN 61010-031 safety standards. The included LF and HF compensation trimmers allow precise matching to oscilloscope input capacitance, ensuring amplitude accuracy across diverse setups.
