Overview
The Aaronia Site Survey Bundle is a portable RF spectrum monitoring kit designed for on-site interference hunting, coverage verification and pre-deployment checks. Each bundle pairs an Aaronia SPECTRAN V6 PLUS real-time spectrum analyser with the IsoLOG 3D Mobile PRO isotropic handheld antenna, supplied with accessories in a rugged case.
Three variants are available: Bundle 1 (10 MHz–3 GHz), Bundle 2 (10 MHz–6 GHz) and Bundle 3 (10 MHz–8 GHz), each offering 80 MHz real-time bandwidth. The V6 PLUS provides fast real-time capture, while the IsoLOG 3D Mobile PRO enables rapid 3D (X/Y/Z) field measurements with built-in pre-amps. RTSA-Suite PRO software is included for visualisation, triggering and logging. A GPS puck and pistol-grip mini-tripod support geotagged surveys and comfortable handheld use.
Choose this bundle if you need a proven, ready-to-go field kit that reduces setup time and captures transient RF events reliably. For related items, see the SPECTRAN V6 RSA250X, the higher-range SPECTRAN V6 RSA2000X and the IsoLOG 3D Mobile PRO antenna on Debug Store.

Questions and Answers
-
How Does the Aaronia Site Survey Kit Compare with More Expensive Handheld Platforms?
Unlike integrated handhelds such as Keysight FieldFox, Anritsu Field Master Pro or Rohde & Schwarz PR200, the kit pairs a 3D isotropic handheld antenna with an 850 g USB analyser and PC-based RTSA-Suite PRO software. You work on a laptop, with multiple views, I/Q recording and replay, and scripted automation.
-
What Makes the Kit Unique Versus Other Real-Time Spectrum Analysis Solutions?
It pairs a handheld 3D isotropic antenna with two built-in pre-amplifiers, a USB 3.0 real-time analyser and block-based software. Setup is quick, short transients are caught (probability of intercept down to 97 ns in FFT mode) and the three-axis antenna gives a full picture of the field around you.
-
Does the Kit Support GPS Tagging and Heat-Mapping?
Yes, with options. With the SPECTRAN V6 GPS option and Aaronia's optional GPS and RF Drive Test software blocks, RTSA-Suite PRO can geotag measurements and produce heat maps during drive tests. Data can also be exported as CSV, XML, JSON or MAT files.
-
How Do I Choose Between the 3 GHz, 6 GHz and 8 GHz Variants?
The variant sets the IsoLOG 3D Mobile PRO antenna range (9030, 9060 or 9080 PRO):
- 3 GHz: most sub-3 GHz cellular, IoT and ISM work
- 6 GHz: Wi-Fi 5 and 6 and many modern radios
- 8 GHz: the widest antenna coverage, needed for Wi-Fi 6E
The SPECTRAN V6 PLUS analyser covers up to 6 GHz as standard, or 7.2 GHz with its Wi-Fi 6E extension option, so Wi-Fi 6E work needs both the 8 GHz antenna and the 7.2 GHz option.
-
What Software Is Included and What Analysis Can I Perform?
RTSA-Suite PRO is included. It gives real-time displays, triggering, logging and I/Q recording and replay. You build block-based workflows with histograms and 3D waterfalls, and can script captures for repeatable surveys. Some blocks, such as GPS mapping and multi-waterfall views, are paid options.

What Is the Aaronia Site Survey Kit and Who Is It For?
It's a portable RF spectrum monitoring kit built around the SPECTRAN V6 PLUS real-time spectrum analyser and the IsoLOG 3D Mobile PRO isotropic antenna. It's for electronic design engineers who need to verify spectrum use, hunt interference and validate wireless coverage during site surveys and pre-deployment tests.
-
What Does the Aaronia Site Survey Kit Include?
The kit includes:
- SPECTRAN V6 PLUS USB real-time spectrum analyser
- IsoLOG 3D Mobile PRO handheld isotropic antenna (3, 6 or 8 GHz variants)
- RTSA-Suite PRO analysis software
- field accessories in a rugged transport case
-
How Does the IsoLOG 3D Mobile PRO Improve Site Surveys?
The IsoLOG 3D Mobile PRO is a handheld isotropic antenna with a tri-axis sensor head and two built-in pre-amplifiers. Manual or automatic axis switching captures the X, Y and Z field components without constant re-orienting, which speeds up walk-tests.
-
What Frequency Ranges and Real-Time Bandwidths Are Available?
The bundle comes with a 3 GHz, 6 GHz or 8 GHz antenna. The SPECTRAN V6 PLUS in the kit covers up to 6 GHz (7.2 GHz with option) with 80 MHz real-time bandwidth (RTBW), optionally 120 MHz, for continuous capture of short-lived signals. The 2000XA-6 model in the wider V6 PLUS family offers 160 MHz, with 245 MHz or 490 MHz options.
-
Can the Kit Capture Intermittent or Bursty Interference Reliably?
Yes. Real-time analysis processes the selected span (up to 80 MHz) continuously, with a probability of intercept down to 97 ns. Brief emitters such as switching supplies, protocol beacons and intermittent radios are caught and logged rather than missed, as they can be in swept modes.
