Overview
Das MINI-M4 für Kinetis ist ein ARM® Cortex™-M4-Entwicklungsboard mit einem MK64FN1M0VDC12-Mikrocontroller. Dieses kompakte und leistungsstarke Entwicklungsboard ist für den Einsatz als eigenständiges Gerät oder als MCU-Karte in einem DIP40-Sockel konzipiert. Das MINI-M4 für Kinetis wird mit einer 3,3-V-Stromversorgung betrieben. Der integrierte Spannungsregler ermöglicht die direkte Stromversorgung des Boards über das USB-Kabel. Das Board ist mit einem 12-MHz-Quarzoszillator und einem 32,768-kHz-Quarz ausgestattet, der für interne RTCC-Module verwendet werden kann.

External Programmers
In case you need an external programmer, like the mikroProg™, attach the MINI-M4 for Kinetis via the following pins on the board: PTA0 (TCK/SWC), PTA3 (TMS/SWD), PTA2 (TDO) and PTA1 (TDI).
