The Thermocouple Type-K Glass Braid Insulated has a temperature measuring range of -40°C to 510°C.

The 1.2m cable is manufactured from fibreglass and has an exposed tip diameter of approx 1mm.

  • What Is the Size of the Tip in Mm? 0.5 Mm? 0.25 Mm?

    MIKROE does not publish the tip size. The wire is 24 AWG (about 0.5mm per conductor), so the welded junction is roughly 1mm across (our estimate).
