Use the pinout table on Dediprog's product page: pin 1 is Vpp. Match pin 1 on the cable to pin 1 on the programmer and on your board's header.

Does the Cable Supply Power to the Target Board?
It can. The programmer supplies Vcc on pin 4, up to 100mA. Dediprog advises powering the flash from one source only, so don't supply it from the board and the programmer at the same time.
