Part of the TT-HV series, which includes the TT-HV 200 (2kV rating), this probe combines a 300 MHz bandwidth with a 100:1 attenuation ratio, enabling accurate signal capture in high-voltage environments such as power electronics, industrial automation, and renewable energy systems.

With a maximum input rating of 4kV (DC + peak AC) and compliance with IEC 61010-031 safety standards, the TT-HV 400 ensures reliable performance in CAT II environments up to 1000Vrms.
