Overview

The B&W Type 61 Outdoor Case protects sensitive electronics and instruments in harsh environments. Its Ultra-High-Impact ABS shell is watertight and dustproof, with a rubber O-ring seal and an air pressure compensation valve.

Capacity & Layout

Supplied with a pluckable (cubed) foam set, the 480 × 360 × 210 mm (internal) space can be customised for mixed test gear, meters and probes. External size is 510 × 420 × 230 mm.

Engineering Use

Designed for operating temperatures from −40 °C to +80 °C, the Type 61 suits outdoor commissioning, site acceptance testing and mobile labs. This case is no longer made and carries a 3-year guarantee.
