Overview

The Xeltek SuperPro IS01 is a stand-alone in-system programmer for over 10,000 serial programmable devices, using I2C, SPI, UART, BDM, Microwire, JTAG, CAN and RS-232 over an ISP cable of up to 1 m. It runs from a PC over USB 2.0 or alone from SD card projects, supplies target VDD up to 5.5V at 0.5A, and has an optocoupler-isolated ATE port for production fixtures, with up to 12 units on one PC.
