Overview
Das EasyBee Board verwendet ein Atmel ATZB-24-A2/B0 ZigBit-Modul mit einer Dualband-Chipantenne. Es wird in einem kleinen Format (13,5 mm x 24 mm) angeboten und verfügt über eine beeindruckende Reihe von Funktionen. Es bietet eine einfache drahtlose Kommunikation zwischen einem Entwicklungssystem und einem Gerät. Dieses 802.15.4 / ZigBee-Transceivermodul, das mit 2,4 GHz arbeitet, gewährleistet eine außergewöhnliche Funkleistung und bietet standardbasierte drahtlose Konnektivität für eine breite Palette von Anwendungen. Das EasyBee Board wird mit einem weiblichen IDC10-Stecker zum Anschluss an ein Entwicklungssystem geliefert. Es verwendet die serielle UART-Schnittstelle zur Kommunikation mit dem Host-Mikrocontroller. Mit dem DIP-Schalter kann der Benutzer festlegen, welche Pins für RX/TX verwendet werden. An der Seite des Boards befinden sich sechs Anschlusspads, die einen direkten Zugriff auf die UART-Pins RX, TX, RTS und CTS ermöglichen.
