Overview
The LP WiFi Click Board™ is a compact add-on board that represents an ultra-low-power Wi-Fi solution. This board features the DA16200, a fully integrated Wi-Fi module with ultra-low power consumption, best RF performance, and a comfortable development environment from Dialog Semiconductor. In addition to the highly integrated ultra-low power Wi-Fi SoC, which is the basis of this module, it also includes a 40MHz crystal oscillator, 32.768kHz RTC clock, 4Mbyte flash memory, and chip antenna. Such low power operation can extend the battery life as long as a year or more, depending on the application. This Click Board™ is suitable for highly integrated and cost-effective IoT applications such as security systems, door locks, pet and asset trackers, sprinkler systems, connected lighting, wearables, and other IoT devices.
The LP WiFi Click Board™ is supported by a mikroSDK compliant library, which includes functions that simplify software development. This Click Board™ comes as a fully tested product, ready to be used on a system equipped with the mikroBUS™ socket.
Der LP WiFi Click Board™ ist eine kompakte Zusatzplatine, die eine Wi-Fi-Lösung mit extrem niedrigem Stromverbrauch darstellt. Diese Platine verfügt über das DA16200, ein vollständig integriertes Wi-Fi-Modul mit extrem niedrigem Stromverbrauch, bester HF-Leistung und einer komfortablen Entwicklungsumgebung von Dialog Semiconductor. Neben dem hochintegrierten Wi-Fi-SoC mit extrem niedrigem Stromverbrauch, der die Grundlage dieses Moduls bildet, enthält es auch einen 40-MHz-Quarzoszillator, eine 32,768-kHz-RTC-Uhr, einen 4-MB-Flash-Speicher und eine Chip-Antenne. Ein solcher Betrieb mit niedrigem Stromverbrauch kann die Batterielebensdauer je nach Anwendung um bis zu ein Jahr oder mehr verlängern. Dieses Click Board™ eignet sich für hochintegrierte und kostengünstige IoT-Anwendungen wie Sicherheitssysteme, Türschlösser, Haustier- und Asset-Tracker, Sprinklersysteme, vernetzte Beleuchtung, Wearables und andere IoT-Geräte.
Das LP WiFi Click Board™ wird durch eine mikroSDK-kompatible Bibliothek unterstützt, die Funktionen enthält, die die Softwareentwicklung vereinfachen. Dieses Click Board™ wird als vollständig getestetes Produkt geliefert und ist bereit für den Einsatz auf einem System, das mit der mikroBUS™-Buchse ausgestattet ist.
