144-Pin Universal IC Programmer with Low-Voltage Support
All 144 universal pin drivers are in the main unit, so QFP, BGA and other high pin-count packages need only a socket adapter, not a pin expander. The 6000E ships with a removable DIP48 adapter and takes CX-series socket adapters, which Xeltek lists for the SuperPro 5000/5000E, 6000/6000E and 5004GP. Stand-Alone Mode and Clustered Production Programming
Set up a project in PC-hosted mode, save it to a CompactFlash card, and the 6000E runs without a PC; Xeltek recommends a 256 MB card for most work. Multiple units can run concurrently as a multi-programming cluster, and Xeltek's comparison lists clustering of 15 or more units; the user guide describes four units on one hub. Over-current and over-voltage protection is built in.
Production mode starts the operation as soon as a chip is correctly inserted. Project files carry device selection, file loading, configuration and batch settings in one step and can be password protected for volume control.
Batch Commands, Serialisation and Logging
A batch command combines Program, Verify, Security and other operations in any sequence. A dynamic buffer supports per-chip data such as serial numbers, and a log file records each run for quality tracking. In-system programming is available through an optional ISP/ICP adapter. The shared SuperPro 6000/6000E software package (nsp6kw) runs on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10, 32-bit and 64-bit.

Limitations
- Xeltek now lists the SuperPro 6000E in its Legacy Programmer Download Center, and its 6000E device list dates from 2013. Check every part number before ordering.
- Packages other than 48-pin DIP need a CX-series socket adapter, ordered separately. Xeltek lists the SA series for its 48-pin-driver SuperPro programmers (the 610P and 611S, and older models including the SuperPro M), not the 6000E. The SuperPro M is the only SA-compatible programmer we sell.
- For a larger published device list and an ARM9 MCU with Linux algorithm processing, choose the SuperPro 6000.
