The Testec TT-SX 9001 Active Differential Probe enables engineers to safely measure floating signals up to ±700V (DC + peak AC) using standard earth-grounded oscilloscopes. Part of the TT-SX 900x series, this probe features a 30MHz bandwidth and selectable attenuation ratios (x10/x100), ensuring accurate measurements across high-voltage applications such as motor drives, power converters, and EV component testing.

With ±2% DC accuracy and a 1000V CAT III safety rating (IEC/EN 61010-031:2015 certified), the TT-SX 9001 prioritises both precision and operator safety. For higher voltage requirements, the TT-SX 9002 variant offers x20/x200 attenuation and ±1400V measurement capability.
