Overview

The TESTEC TT-HX 312 is a professional-grade passive oscilloscope probe designed for demanding electronic diagnostics and signal analysis. Part of the TT-HX series, it offers switchable 1:1 (10MHz) and 10:1 (350MHz) attenuation modes, enabling engineers to measure low-voltage circuits and high-speed signals up to 400Vrms (CAT II) with ±2% DC accuracy. Its 1500V transient overvoltage protection ensures reliability in environments with voltage spikes.

Optimised for use with 1MΩ BNC oscilloscope inputs, the TT-HX 312 features adjustable compensation (8–25pF) to match oscilloscope capacitance, ensuring flat frequency response. The ergonomic 5mm tip includes spring-loaded accessories for secure SMD connections, reducing measurement drift in compact layouts. Compared to the fixed-attenuation TT-HX 212, this model adds flexibility for mixed-voltage systems while maintaining 350MHz bandwidth in 10:1 mode.

With a Pollution Degree 2 rating, it operates safely in environments with non-conductive contaminants and temporary condensation. Engineers prioritising safety, accuracy, and adaptability for mains-connected measurements will benefit from its IEC 61010-031 compliance and CE-certified design.
