The Testec TT-HF-612RA is a 500MHz passive oscilloscope probe designed for high-frequency measurements in professional electronic testing environments. Part of the TT-HF series, this model features a readout attenuator (RA) for automatic scaling recognition on compatible oscilloscopes, streamlining workflow in high-speed digital and RF applications.
With 10:1 attenuation and 10 MΩ input impedance, the probe minimises circuit loading while maintaining signal integrity. Its low input capacitance (10 pF) ensures accurate capture of fast transient signals, critical for debugging embedded systems, power electronics, and communication protocols.
