Part of the TT-CC series, which includes models like the TT-CC-220 (300 kHz) and TT-CC-990 (1.5 MHz), the 550 variant balances performance for mid-frequency applications such as motor drives, power electronics, and switching circuits.

Engineered for safety, it meets CAT II 600 V / CAT III 300 V standards, making it suitable for industrial and building installation measurements. Its hybrid Hall effect and current transformer design ensures ±3% DC accuracy, enabling precise tracking of both steady-state and transient currents. The probe includes a BNC-to-banana plug adapter for compatibility with DMMs and features an overload indicator to prevent damage during high-current events.
