Refund policy

If you wish to cancel your order: (a) you can notify us by email to sales@TheDebugStore.com before we have dispatched the goods to you*; or (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clauses below. 

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. You shall bear the costs of returning goods to us and should be insured. The items returned must be unused, undamaged, and in a resaleable condition.

Between 15 and 30 days, the items ordered may be returned in sealed, unused and undamaged condition but a 30% restocking charge will apply.

The rights to return the goods to us, as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:

• The order was made by a company (B2B sale)
• If the product has been used, where the packaging has been unsealed in the case of electronic products in sealed bags, where the packaging has been unsealed to any products we have had made or customised specifically for you, and if the item and its packaging have been damaged. 
• Items that have been built to order. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.

Subject to the acceptance terms being met, upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required, less any shipping charges paid. For free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted.
