Collection: Micsig Differential Probes

Measure floating signals and high-side switching nodes safely — without ground loops or common-mode noise corrupting your waveforms.

Micsig's MDP and DP Series differential probes are built for engineers working in power electronics, EV systems, motor drives, and switching power supplies. With bandwidths from 100 MHz to 500 MHz and differential input ratings up to 7000 Vpk, there's a model for every measurement challenge.

  • Key features across the range:
    • Lowest noise floor in class — SigOFIT™ optical isolation technology (MDP Series)
    • >80 dB common mode rejection ratio (DC) across all models
    • Dual-range attenuation switching: 20×/200×, 50×/500×, or 100×/1000×
    • ±2% measurement accuracy
    • Universal BNC output — compatible with Keysight, Tektronix, Rohde & Schwarz, Rigol, Siglent, and all major oscilloscope brands
    • USB-C powered directly from your oscilloscope's USB port
    • IEC 61010 safety rated — CAT II and CAT III models available

Choose the MDP Series for the lowest noise and the widest bandwidth (up to 500 MHz). Choose the DP Series split-body design for flexible positioning in tight probe access situations.
