The Ready for AVR Board is the board for the development of devices using 40-pin AVR MCUs. It comes with ATmega16 connected to an 8MHz oscillator. It contains four IDC-10 headers, a USB-UART module, a prototyping area and a power supply circuit.
The Ready for AVR Board is the best solution for fast and simple development of microcontroller applications using 40-pin AVR MCUs. It comes with ATmega16 connected to 8MHz crystal oscillator. It contains four IDC-10 headers for all available microcontroller ports, USB-UART module, prototyping area and a power supply circuit. Board is specially designed to fit into special white plastic casing which is sold separately.
Board comes preprogrammed with fast UART bootloader which eliminates the need for external programmers. Board also supports fast USB 2.0 AVRProg™ programmer.
Ready for AVR is fully supported by mikroC, mikroBasic and mikroPascal compilers for AVR. Compilers come with dozens of examples that demonstrate every feature of the board.
On-board power supply regulator is great. It creates stable 5V for the microcontroller. It features standard power connector, and screw terminals for even easier connectivity, but you can also power the board over USB.
