The ClampMan Hydraulic ARM is available in two lengths (from tip to tip with the arm fully extended). This arm has a maximum length of 300mm.
The ARM is also available without a Quick Connect fitting at one end. This version is fitted with M8 Male Threads at each end.
The central joint is fitted with a hydraulic damper, allowing smooth movement of the ARM. This is essential when using the arm to position a probe; small movements are required to accurately position the probe.
In addition, each section of the arm is built from machined aluminium alloy, giving the arm the stability that is essential for precise probing.
When the ARM is in the required position, the central know can be tightened which locks the joint and elbows at the ends.
