Kategorie: Tag-Connect TC2030 — 6-Pin Plug-of-Nails™ Test & Programming Cables
The Tag-Connect TC2030 range offers compact, 6-pin Plug-of-Nails™ programming and debug cables that eliminate the need for a mating header on your PCB. By connecting directly to a tiny footprint of spring-contact pads and locating holes, TC2030 cables save both PCB space and per-board cost — ideal for high-volume production environments.
TC2030 cables are available in two key variants: Legged versions that snap securely into the PCB during debugging and development, and No-Legs (NL) versions for fast production programming where speed is critical. The range includes cables terminated for IDC ribbon connectors, ARM Cortex SWD/JTAG (10-pin FTSH-105 micro-header), USB, and popular debugger interfaces such as Microchip PICkit 4, SNAP, and SEGGER J-Link.
Typical applications include:
- ARM Cortex SWD/JTAG debug and programming
- Atmel AVR programming (PDI, UPDI, debugWire, SPI, aWire)
- Renesas MCU programming (with TC-Renesas adapter)
- Zilog microcontroller programming
- USB data/power interface without a PCB USB connector
PCB Footprint: 6-pin, compatible with TC2030 legged and no-legs footprint. High-reliability spring pins rated for 100,000+ operations.
