The B&W Type 5500 Rugged, Waterproof Case from B&W International GmbH, the case specialist from Ibbenbüren, Germany.

The case is waterproof to IP67, dustproof, stackable and temperature resistant. An automatic air pressure compensation valve is fitted and the warranty is 30 years (terms on the B&W website).

Der Das Gehäuse ist vollständig wasserdicht (bis 5 Meter getestet), staubdicht und luftdicht und TÜV-geprüft für den Einsatz im Temperaturbereich von -40 °C bis +80 °C. Das Gehäuse des Typs 5500 ist praktisch unzerbrechlich (der TÜV-Test umfasste einen Fall auf Beton aus 3 Metern Höhe) und verfügt über eine 30-jährige Garantie gegen Material- oder Komponentenfehler bei normaler Verwendung.
