The Testec TT-HV 400 is a high-voltage passive oscilloscope probe designed for demanding electronic measurement applications. Part of the TT-HV series, which includes the TT-HV 200 (2kV rating), this probe combines a 300 MHz bandwidth with a 100:1 attenuation ratio, enabling accurate signal capture in high-voltage environments such as power electronics, industrial automation, and renewable energy systems.
