Applications

The MINI-M4 for Stellaris board can be used as a DIP40 substitute for PIC16 and PIC18 microcontrollers working on 3.3V, thus adding exponentially more power to your target device.

Key Features

  • LX4F230H5QR, ARM 32-bit Cortex™-M4 CPU with FPU
  • 256KB Flash, 32KB SRAM
  • Two quadrature encoder interfaces, frequency up to 80MHz, and 16 PWM outputs
  • USB 2.0 On-The-Go support Signal LEDs, Crystal oscillator and Reset Button on board
  • Supports CAN communication

Operating Voltage

The MINI-M4 for Stellaris operates on 3.3V power supply only. A dedicated voltage regulator enables the board to be powered directly from on-board USB connector.

Key Benefits

  • Pin compatible with PIC16F887 and PIC18(L)F45K20
