The second option is when the USB type C connector is connected to the shield, the ADI COG Click Shield, and the EV-COG-AD4050LZ board are powered from the USB type C. The third option is when the power is connected to the shield and to the mainboard. In that case, the shield is powered from the USB Type C connector, while the EV-COG-AD4050LZ board is powered from its own USB.
